Our team—led by Jason Kouri (Medical Director), MD, Brian Masson, MD, Morgan Howard, PA-C, and Melissa Cahill, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CA-SANE—provides drug-free pain relief and physical medicine treatments using a functional medicine approach. We focus on treating the whole person and creating customized care plans based on comprehensive diagnostic evaluations.
We diagnose and treat conditions such as back and neck pain, sciatica and leg pain, headaches and migraines, joint pain, arthritis, nerve compression, and auto or sports injuries. We also offer natural allergy testing and treatment, advanced rehabilitation services, and targeted therapies such as trigger point injections for muscular pain and nerve block injections for Neuropathy.
